Hotel Policies & Guest Guidelines
Welcome to Nabhay Hotels & Resorts.
To ensure a smooth, safe, and enjoyable stay for all our valued guests, we request you to kindly review and follow the policies below.
1. Privacy Policy
All guest details (name, phone number, email, ID proof, and payment information) are treated with strict confidentiality.
Information is collected only for booking, billing, verification, and communication purposes.
We do not share or sell guest data with third parties, except as required by law or government authorities.
The property is under 24/7 CCTV surveillance for security, excluding private areas such as guest rooms and washrooms.
Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of other occupants within the premises.
2. Check-In Policy
Standard Check-In Time: 2:00 PM onwards.
Early check-in is subject to room availability and may attract additional charges.
A valid government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) must be presented at check-in.
Foreign nationals must present a valid passport and visa.
The primary guest must be at least 18 years of age.
The hotel reserves the right to deny check-in if proper ID proof is not provided.
3. Check-Out Policy
Standard Check-Out Time: 10:00 AM.
Late check-out beyond 10:00 AM is chargeable and subject to availability.
Failure to check out on time without prior notice may result in a full-day charge.
Guests are requested to return the room key/card to reception at the time of check-out.
4. Hourly Booking Policy
Hourly bookings are available depending on room type and availability.
Minimum booking duration: 4 hours.
Extensions can be requested at the front desk, subject to availability.
Hourly bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Hourly tariffs may differ from standard daily tariffs.
5. Cancellation Policy
No refund if the booking is cancelled within 48 hours of the check-in time.
Cancellations made earlier than 48 hours before check-in may be eligible for a refund after deducting service charges.
In case of a no-show, the entire booking amount will be forfeited.
Group bookings may have separate cancellation terms, as agreed in advance.
6. Date Change Policy
Guests may request a change of date once per month.
A ₹999 date-change fee applies for each modification.
Date changes are subject to availability and may not be allowed on blackout dates, festive seasons, or peak demand periods.
Coupons, discounts, and promotional codes are not valid on modified bookings.
7. Extra Guest Policy
Standard room tariffs apply to 2 adults per room.
Extra guests will be charged as per hotel tariff (per night/hour, as applicable).
Only one extra mattress can be provided per room (subject to size and availability).
The hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in if the number of occupants exceeds the permissible limit.
8. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
Refunds will be credited only to the original mode of payment.
Cash refunds are not permitted.
Cancellation fees, payment gateway charges, and applicable taxes will be deducted from the refundable amount.
In cases of natural calamities, strikes, or unforeseen events, refund eligibility will be determined at the hotel’s discretion.
9. General Terms & Conditions
Guests are requested to maintain decorum and avoid causing any disturbance to other occupants.
Outside food, alcohol, or prohibited/illegal substances are strictly forbidden.
Any damage to hotel property caused by a guest will be chargeable.
Pets are not allowed unless explicitly mentioned in the booking.
The management reserves the right to deny service to any guest who fails to comply with these policies.
